The Merge: Where faith, culture, and ideas meet.

Ryan Thibadeau will be speaking. His ten minute talk will be followed by Q&A and an open forum.

Before the talk there will be appetizers and networking from 6:45 to 7:00 pm. Following the open forum will be dessert and networking until 8:30.

The Merge gathers in The Parlor at Cornerstone, EPC in Brighton. The entrance to The Parlor is just to the right of the main doors (Door 3).

Get to know Ryan:

Ryan Thibodeau is a Musician, Educator and CEO of Sakora Percussion and Design. Ryan has performed in 6 foreign countries and appears on various recordings. Performance highlights include U. S. Army Bands, El Corazon, Rochester Crusaders Drum and Bugle Corp, Will Sessions, African Assembly, Amp Fiddler, Andy Narell, Oakland University Faculty Jazz Combo, Ace of Base.

Ryan holds a Bachelor degree in Music Education from Wayne State University. Ryan has worked with multiple school districts in Metro Detroit as a Director of Bands, Percussion Educator, and Program Designer/arranger.

Ryan is also a member of the American Atheists, the Freedom from Religion Foundation, and is a Veteran of the U. S. Army.

Ryan has been Married for 12 years to Amie and has two kids age 9 and 5.
